Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the ContactX App operated by Vipul Mittal.

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

  1. License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on compatible devices which you own and control for personal, non-commercial use only.

  2. Usage Restrictions In using the App, you agree not to:
    • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality of the App
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any features or systems not accessible by ordinary users
    • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App, or reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
    • Remove, obscure or alter any trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights notices displayed in or on the App

  3. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyright, trademarks, patents, and design rights within the App are owned by or licensed to us. You agree that you will not use or reproduce any part of the App or its content for any purpose other than your own personal use without our prior written permission.

  4. User Content The App allows you to store and manage your contact information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and use of any contact information stored in the App. You agree not to store, upload, or share any contact data or any other data that: (a) infringes on any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights; (b) violates any law or regulation; or (c) is otherwise offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.

  5. Data Protection and Privacy By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your contact information and other data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at [insert link to Privacy Policy]. The terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App without notice and at our sole discretion if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must remove and cease all use of the App and destroy any copy thereof in your possession.

  7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability The App is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
